As is an old church, used to house squatters,
organic, animals in the backyard, all fresh, local produce, seasonal,
true gourmet - no menu - eat what is served,
keeps the simplicity and focus on the excellent taste,
restaurant in cake cut shape - triangle booths with communal tables of wood planks,
respect for the graphic design, the caring staff and the understated elegance.
