Authentic Spanish tapas resto close to Place des Vosges, Les Caves Saint-Gilles is one of the first tapas bars in Paris and they know what they are doing. The menu is quite confusing since there are so many delicious tapas so I just go directly for the 'placa caliente' (hot plate) with a good mixed selection, it also comes in a cold version...
