Fashionista brunch at Hotel Amour
I'm not sure if it's true but this seem to be the place where trendy the Parisian crown take their breakfast after a night out..
Very relaxed, sweet waitresses with foreign accents in flowery dresses. Good for cocktails at night too!
Full brunch for 23 eur. or go for the eggs benedict 13 eur. Surprisely good french toast!
They don't take reservations.
About Hotel Amour (NY times)
This 20-room theme hotel near the red-light district of Pigalle was once a serviceable, pay-by-the hour establishment. Now the rooms, many of them adorned with romance novels, erotic art and old photo magazines, have been painted lipstick red. There are no phones, televisions or Internet access in the rooms (said to be too distracting for lovers). But there are an iPod connection in every room and wireless Internet service in the public spaces.
Owned partly by the proprietors of the nightclub Le Baron, this hotel hides in an untouristed, undistinguished lane near Pigalle, Paris’s red-light district. Like Le Baron, the place has become a darling of the international fashion and rock ’n’ roll set.
